All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
- We only ship to contiguous U.S. addresses (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO).
- International shipping is not available.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or carrier issues.
- If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement/refund.
- Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) for a free replacement/refund.
