Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Meeyiker LLC (meeyiker.com) for your pet’s clothing and toy needs. Our refund and return policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and free of any stains, odors, or damage caused by your pet or improper use.
Eligibility Requirements

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number) is required.

Custom-made pet clothing or personalized toys are non-returnable unless defective.

Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (with photos of the package and item).
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged items (e.g., chewed toys, stained clothing, items with pet hair).

Custom or personalized products (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

Sale or clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”).

Items returned after the 30-day window.
Return Process

Submit a return request via email to holt@meeyiker.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and send a return authorization (RA) number via email.

Package the item(s) securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Ship the return to the address below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of our approval, please contact your payment provider first, then email holt@meeyiker.com for follow-up.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email holt@meeyiker.com with: (1) your order number, (2) photos of the damaged item and packaging, and (3) a brief description of the issue. We will either send a replacement item free of charge or process a full refund (including original shipping costs) at your option.
